INTERACT Finalist in European Digital

We are delighted to announce that the ProACT system ‘InterACT’ (developed by partner IBM) has been selected as a finalist in the European Data Science Awards 2019.

InterACT is a platform for multimorbidity management that hosts the HWProfiler (Health and Wellness Profiler) Analytic. The main goal of the HWProfiler is to build a representation of a person with multimorbidity and their environment. This profiler is then used to help predict an individuals health and well-being and help them set goals around their health. Thus taking the complexity out of complex multiple disease management.
