First Insights to the ProACT Transferability Model Release at the AAATE Congress 2019

ProACT partners AAATE, EASPD and AIAS presented findings from the ProACT Transferability Model at the AAATE Congress in Bologna Italy this week. The Model allows for the identification of positive and negative factors which contribute to the transferability of digital platforms such as ProACT presenting guidelines to optimise the transferability potential of digital platforms supporting integrated care from a European region/country to another. Further publications detailing the model will be release from October 2019.
